I do my hair ghd straightners with and I find these realllly easy to use to make waves in your hair, I have thick hair though reallly should not make much difference. Wash your hair when wet (Towel dried) scrunch in a little mousse .. then dry upside down to fluff up .. Take a small section of hair from the top .. and rotation around the section of hair straightners to work your way down. I'm not sure if this makes sense, it is much easier to show someone.
