Your personal film rating system, movie review websites and the dark knight..?

1. What, according to your rating system, does each rating mean 1-10.. for example 1/10 means the worst, 10/10 loved it etc.. please explain each of 10 ratings according to your system…

2. Are there any good movie review sites, except play, amazon, imdb, rotten tomatoes.. that have film reviews from the public.. ideally world wide opinions… please post links!

3. did you like, love, or hate the dark knight? do most people you know like, love or hate it? to me more seem to hate it then like it? opinions please!

1 – Broken. Hugely incompetent and fails in every single category.
2 – Has many flaws and is unwatchable.
3 – Toying with respectability, but still lurching in the gutter.
4. A waste of time.
5. Has some good qualities about, but still has some glaring flaws that makes it hard to recommend.
6. Overall has more pros than cons. It’s good entertainment, but still very average. Forgettable.
7. Well made and can easily be recommended.
8. Above average, and definitely worth your time. It lasts an impression and deems repeated viewings.
9. Excellent. Above average in almost every single category. Flaws are hardly noticeable.
10. A masterpiece of film making.

3. I didn’t like The Dark Knight. I loved The Dark Knight.
It had brillaint acting, special effects, story, suspense, and music. Heath (obviously) was unforgettable as The Joker. Aaron Eckhart was also good, extremely underrated as Two-Face. The only thing I could say negative about it was it’s length. But overall, I would give it a 9/10.

Edit: Most of my friends LOVE The Dark Knight. But they all agree with me that the movie is way too long
