Can Someone PLZ tell me what this song is called?

Okay I remember it from the 90′s and it was played all the time and then recently I heard it somewhere and it sounded so familiar but I can hardly remember how it goes..

All I know is the chorus which just keeps going:
yeah… yeah… yeah… yeah… yeah.. yeah… on and on like that
with a break in between the “yeahs”

its definately american im sure
